Her project was the ‘Garter Stitch Jacket’ from the ‘Norsk Strikkedesign’ and the colors she chose were completely different than the ones in the photograph. I didn’t care for the colors the jacket was knit in for the book, but when I saw her color selection I was off and running making my own selection of colors. I spent a small fortune for all the different yarns to swatch for my palette. My philosophy has always been to throw more color at a project.
